Tara Shadzi Harrison, Founder
Coming from a family of developers and contractors, Tara has always had a fascination for Real Estate. After acquiring her BS in Business Marketing from Santa Clara University, Tara moved to Los Angeles, worked hard, and was able to purchase and manage multiple properties in Hollywood.
Her passion for the process behind Real Estate led to her election to the Board of a 200+ unit building in Hollywood, with a one million dollar plus annual operating budget. She has held a Board position for over 5 years, and has guided the building through massive improvements such as remodels, legal proceedings, and budget overhauls.
Never one to shy away from a real estate challenge, Tara was able to purchase a piece of land on Mulholland Blvd to build her dream home. During the design and permitting process, she worked closely with her architect, and was instrumental in expediting the project.
Dreams in Los Angeles don’t come easy, and she learned first-hand how challenging it is to get things done in the City of LA. Permitting her dream home gave her expert knowledge of not just the Mulholland Design Review Board and the Baseline Hillside Ordinance, but also the over 100 permitting departments throughout the county of Los Angeles.
But it wasn’t just the knowledge of the process she gained while successfully permitting her own project, it was the skill to solve just about any permitting challenge you can face, even successfully winning two frivolous environmental appeals and legal challenges in her permitting journey. Recognizing Tara’s talents, the architectural firm that designed her home referred Tara to help do the same for their other clients.
Tara’s sole focus is on making the exceedingly challenging process in Los Angeles as time and cost efficient as possible for her clients. For instance, as a Certified Notary, she eliminates the need for hiring an outside person, and is able to get necessary documents notarized in a timely manner.
Tara’s passion is seeing her clients’ dream homes become reality.
